Showcase pricing is valid for 30 days from the 1st of the month to the last day of the month. New pricing will be submitted to any interested participating builders on the 1st of each month. *McCoys will provide an invoice credit for the showcase entry fee for any builder who chooses to use us as the supplier for the Showcase of Homes. Only homes entered in the showcase will qualify. *10% off on any window, exterior door, interior door, or Millworks orders.
